beabadoobee Bio
Beabadoobee is the stage name of Filipino-British singer-songwriter Beatrice Laus. She first drew wider attention with intimate, guitar-led songs, then developed a fuller indie rock sound across her subsequent releases. Her music combines candid songwriting with influences from alternative rock and bedroom pop.
Her releases include the albums Fake It Flowers and Beatopia, along with the songs “Coffee,” “Care,” and “The Perfect Pair.” The Madison Square Garden date listed for, is the event information provided here; no earlier beabadoobee performances at this venue are specified.
Madison Square Garden's central Midtown location places the concert in a major New York transit and entertainment hub, directly above Penn Station. The venue's large, multi-level bowl gives the show an arena-scale setting for both close-up floor viewing and elevated perspectives.
Venue and Seating Information
Madison Square Garden has a circular, multi-level seating bowl divided into Floor, 100 Level, 200 Level, and 300 Level sections. For concerts, floor seats are closest to the stage, although standing crowds and production equipment can affect sightlines depending on the setup.
The lower bowl's side sections near the center stage area are often considered a strong choice for balancing proximity and visibility. Central 200 Level seats offer an elevated view across the stage and may be a good-value alternative. The 300 Level provides a wide view of the arena at a greater distance; seats behind the stage or in extreme upper corners may have limited views depending on the concert configuration.
Parking Information
Parking around Madison Square Garden is limited, and prices can rise with event demand. Nearby commercial garages close to Penn Station and 8th Avenue offer the shortest walks, while garages farther toward Herald Square or Chelsea may cost less but require additional walking.
- Nearby commercial garages: Several are within roughly a 1–5 minute walk; event parking is approximately $30–$80, with higher prices possible on busy nights.
- Farther garages: Options around Herald Square or Chelsea are about a 10–15 minute walk and may range from approximately $20–$50, depending on demand.
- Street parking: Metered spaces are limited and restrictions are strictly enforced, making street parking unreliable for event attendance.
Booking or arriving early can help avoid the high prices and limited availability associated with last-minute parking near the arena. Rideshare pickup and drop-off areas include points around 7th Avenue and 33rd Street, though post-event traffic may cause delays.
beabadoobee Brooklyn reviews
Only if you are a fan of Madonna - not '80s - should you see this show; many acoustical songs, she sang a lot of her most recent hits; she played a few throwback hits but only her encore Holiday resembled the original song; more of a theatrical production than concert; lip-synced the first 45 minutes; started the show 2 1/2 hours late. A beabadoobee concert was a bucket list concert for me, and I was terribly disappointed as a woman who remembers watching the premiere of the Like a Virgin video. She has such a trashy mouth! She didn't need to be vulgar to put on a good show. I have no regrets on attending her performance, but I wouldn't pay $200 again to see her.
